Remarks
You can use [!:UploadAsync(string, LockUriTokenPair[], CancellationToken)] / DownloadAsync(String) methods fo upload and download files to file system and [!:GetReadStreamAsync(long,long)] to upload and download files stored in a database or any other storage.
