Remarks
This is the marker interface, it does not add any new methods in addition
to provided by IFolder and ICalendarItem interfaces. Items that impement this interface report
"calendar-auto-schedule" support in response to the OPTIONS request.
This type of folders are used as the target for busy time information requests, and to
manage privileges that apply to outgoing scheduling requests.
Scheduling outbox folder can not contain any other folders. Folders of this type
should not be nested under and ICalendarFolder items at any depth.
